Nour Al Marifa Association Implements Psychological Support Activity for Caregivers in a Displacement Camp in Central Gaza
Gaza – Nour Al-Ma’arifa Association
Nour Al-Ma’arifa Association implemented a psychological support activity targeting caregivers in a displacement camp in the central Gaza Strip, as part of its humanitarian programs aimed at reducing psychological stress and enhancing coping capacities amid the difficult conditions faced by displaced communities.
The activity was conducted in response to the increasing psychological burdens borne by caregivers due to daily pressures and heavy responsibilities. The session included psychological debriefing, psychosocial support, and interactive activities designed to promote mental well-being and strengthen positive coping mechanisms.
The association emphasized that this activity falls within its mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) interventions, highlighting the importance of supporting caregivers given their direct impact on the stability and well-being of families and children in displacement settings.
Nour Al-Ma’arifa Association continues to implement psychosocial support programs across the Gaza Strip, aiming to strengthen community resilience and provide integrated support to affected populations.
